Sending Reiki Energy to the Obama Family

Relax your mind with the sound of waves after a journey from far across the world to find their way to you.

Find a quiet space in your mind and relax..... breathing in and out, imagining that suspended over the crown of your head is a funnel. As you breathe in and out, imagine a light source surrounding you; a white light that is an unlimited supply of energy that we can tap into. Picture in your mind the Obama family as being a loving and caring family, and picture Barack and Michelle Obama as feeling and genuine people who need our love.

As you breathe in, pull this white light that surrounds you in to your body through the funnel above your crown and let it flow down into your head. Fill yourself with this energy, filling your ribcage and your abdomen.

When you are ready, allow it to flow down your arms and through your palms... and out across space and time to Barack and Michelle, and to their family. As you send this healing light, firmly and deeply imagine your intent that healing will reach them for the purpose of their greatest good, and then invoke the thought of your healing energy flowing across space, like waves crossing the ocean... to find the Obama's ... wherever they might be. Imagine the white light of healing energy and love entering their bodies and flowing to wherever it's needed.

Now as you complete the process of sending your healing intentions, seal your healing with love and light, giving thanks for the healing that you've both given and received. Take another nice and easy breath in and out....

You can do this anywhere you find the time, and as many times as you want. Remember that Reiki always serves the greater good, and inherently knows for itself what the needed greater good should be. We are just senders; transmitters if you will, and our personal thoughts or desires will not be part of the healing, nor will ill intent.
